Yes, from June to mid September we rent weekly (Saturday-Saturday, 7 night minimum).
During the rest of the year, we have a 3 night minimum.

Cleaning fee: $300 (includes linens)

14.45% state and local taxes

Summer renters (starting June 20) have the option to purchase a weekly Great Harbors pool pass for $350* (covers up to 4 people; $53 per additional person). Kids 3 and under are free. (*2026 rates subject to change)
September:
September 12-19: $2,500
September 19 - 26: $2,300
We typically require a 7 night minimum from June to mid September (Saturday-Saturday rentals), but don’t hesitate to reach out if you are curious about a shorter stay for any remaining 2026 dates.
There is a 3 night minimum in the off-season, $300-400/night.
