Yes, from June 14 to August 23 we rent weekly (Saturday-Saturday, 7 night minimum).
Late August - mid September is a 4 night minimum.
During the rest of the year, we have a 3 night minimum.

Cleaning fee: $275 (includes linens)
Pet fee: $150
14.45% state and local taxes

Summer renters have the option to purchase a weekly Great Harbors pool pass for $350 (covers up to 4 people; $53 per additional person). Kids 3 and under are free.
